World Book Day - another excuse to dress up! Here we have James Bond, Edmund from the Narnia books, The Artful Dodger and Oliver Twist, Winne the Pooh, Friar Tuck, Just William, Little Red Riding Hood (without the hood), Mister Tom and Scooby-Doo...

The Science Lab was formally opened by MP David Ruffley after its refit, in front of an audience of parents, friends and governors. Founder and former Headmaster Freddie MacManus was a special guest. Year 7 pupils showed off the new facilities to good advantage with a series of experiments and demonstrations.
 
The whole school took part in Architecture workshops, building ever more complicated structures from poles and rubber bands - tetrahedra, suspension bridges and shelters
 
More fund-raising efforts for Red Nose Day, including the (obligatory) dressing-up, the Macarena performed by the Staff, Year 8 singing 'YMCA' and a game of British Bulldog involving all the prep school
 
Year 4 visited the Tower of London (successfully gettring through the security checks...)
Reception class visited RAF Wattisham, and were allowed to explore the Apache helicopters
 
Ruth Shepherd's violin group gave their first public performance
The Under 11 Netball team hosted a touring team from Duncombe School, in Hampshire.
This year's Prep School play featured a live video feed as well as a the more usual singing and dancing (and a revolting orange uniform!)
'Cool School' was written by two former Moreton Hall pupils Charles Garland and Chris Hamel-Cooke (pictured here with director Brian Robinson and one of the cast)
Term ended with an Easter Bonnet competition in the Pre-Prep, and brought out the creativity in pupils and parents!
